01What MekaDesk stores#

When you connect a Facebook Page with Facebook Login, MekaDesk stores your Facebook user ID and name, the Page you connected, the Page’s access token (encrypted), and the Messenger conversations, contacts, and messages of that Page. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.

02Option 1: Disconnect from MekaDesk#

  1. Sign in to MekaDesk.
  2. Open Settings, then Channels.
  3. Select the Messenger Page and choose Disconnect.

Disconnecting stops MekaDesk from receiving or sending messages for that Page and removes its stored access token.

03Option 2: Remove MekaDesk in Facebook#

  1. In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations.
  2. Find MekaDesk and choose Remove.
  3. Optionally tick the box to delete the posts, photos, and videos MekaDesk may have posted on your behalf. MekaDesk does not post to Facebook for you.

This revokes MekaDesk’s access to your Facebook account immediately.

04Option 3: Request deletion of your data#

To have your personal data deleted from MekaDesk, message us on Telegram at @mekacard_dev or email socheat.leang08@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the name on your Facebook account and the Page you connected so we can find your records.

We will confirm your request and, within 30 days, delete or de-identify your account, connected Page records, and the conversations, contacts, and messages stored for it.

We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as billing or abuse-prevention records. If you messaged a business that uses MekaDesk, that business controls your conversation, and we will route your request to them.
