Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MekaDesk (the “Service”). By creating an account, connecting a Telegram account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using MekaDesk on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.

MekaDesk is a shared team inbox for Telegram. It connects to a Telegram account through Telegram’s official Business API, so a team of admins can read, assign, label, and reply to conversations from a web dashboard. Replies are sent as the connected account.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Owners register via Telegram and require super-admin approval. Admins and sub-admins are added by an owner and sign in with email and password.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and those of members you invite.

To connect an account you must enable our bot as a Business chatbot inside your own Telegram app and grant the “Reply to messages” permission. By doing so you confirm that you own or are authorized to manage that account, and that using MekaDesk to handle its messages complies with Telegram’s Terms of Service. You can disconnect at any time from within Telegram.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, scams, or unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Violate the privacy or rights of the people you communicate with.
• Attempt to breach, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.

Messages, contacts, and other data that flow through your connected account remain yours. You grant MekaDesk the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that data so the Service can function for you and your team. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep MekaDesk reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and Telegram’s own availability and policies are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MekaDesk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the Service or others.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
